Registration

  • I will attend the VSELA meeting events and need lodging Wed. evening.
  • I plan to attend the Thursday meeting, Nov. 16. The meeting will begin at 8:30 am and end at 4:00 pm. Breakfast will be served at 7:30 AM.

    I may also attend the Wednesday workshops and the Wed evening events, but lodging is not needed.
Registration deadline is October 14--if you need LODGING (We will not be able to accommodate room requests after this date.)

Virginia Science Education Leadership Association Fall Meeting 

November 16-17, 2016

For our fall meeting we are offering two professional development  workshops on Wednesday, November 16 from 1:00 to 4:15 PM.  These workshops are being offered at no additional cost to members. 

During the Open Source Technology workshop members will share helpful on-line sources they use to enhance their science instruction.  For the Modeling workshop a guest speaker will show us how to incorporate modeling into our curricula.

Our biannual fall meeting will begin Wednesday evening.  There will be time to connect with old and new professional friends during a reception, 5-7 pm. Dinner and a keynote speaker will follow from 7-9 pm.

Thursday, our meeting will open with breakfast and will end at 4:00 pm to give you plenty of time to travel to Williamsburg for the VAST PDI Keynote @ 5:30 PM.
