  The Spring 2025 Vendor registration is now open for vendors interested in sponsoring the May 6-7, 2025 Spring Conference.  There are four levels of sponsorship (see table below) available for the 2025 Spring VSELA meeting.

  Vendor Table- 10 Slots	Reception and dinner for up to two vendor representatives. Vendor logo on conference website. Sponsorship Recognition Announcement Vendor Event Table during Reception with Membership Interaction	$1500
  Vendor Table and Short Presentation - 2 Slots	Reception and dinner for up to two vendor representatives Vendor logo on conference website Sponsorship Recognition Announcement Fifteen Minutes Presentation to Full Membership Vendor Event Table during Reception with Membership Interaction	$3000
