VSELA Meeting:
Tuesday Evening April 21; 5:30 pm & Wednesday April 22; 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
On Tuesday, April 21st, registration check-in will begin at 9:00 AM. Concurrent conference sessions will run from 9:30 AM to 4:40 PM with a 90 minute break for lunch. Unlike past years, lunch will not be provided by VSELA. An evening reception will be held from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM with dinner immediately following.
On Wednesday our meeting will open with breakfast at 7:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM.
Registration for this event will close on March 21, 2020 for members requesting lodging. The number of available rooms is limited to 50. For members not requesting lodging, registration will close on March 29, 2020.
If paying by check, please make payable to VSELA and send payment to be received by March 21st to Libbey Kitten, 3616 Tyverrton Court, Henrico, VA 23233. Your registration is complete when you receive payment confirmation.
