Registration

Associate Member Lodging (one night- April 18) – $325.00
Hotel room for the night of April 18, 2024.
Associate Member Registration- NO Lodging – $200.00
Associate Member Registration with Lodging and Pre-conference – $350.00
Includes one night of lodging on April 18 and Pre-conference
For April 17th Pre-conference, including lodging for one night. – $150.00
Member Registration VSELA Meeting AND one night Lodging for the night of April 18, 2024 – $50.00

Member Registration with lodging for two nights (April 17 and 18) – $175.00
This registration will include two hotel nights (April 17 and 18). Hotel room for the second night is $125 (inclusive of taxes). Registration will close on March 15, 2024.
After completing the registration, rooms are nonrefundable after March 15, 2024.

Our Spring Conference theme will be "Is your local curriculum ready for Standards Revision Success? The theme will focus on curriculum and instructional design to promote high quality science experiences.

Online Registration for the event requesting lodging will close on March 15. For Associate Members and members not requesting lodging, registration will close on March 22, 2024.
We will be offering a pre-conference event, which includes a hands-on field experience at Rockville Luckstone Quarry Facility on April 17. For those attending the preconference, we will meet at the hotel and carpool to the Quarry at 1:30. We will return at 5:30 for Dinner in the Ballroom. *There is a limit of 30 to attend the Pre-Conference. It will include a dinner and two nights of lodging. The cost of attending the preconference and the full conference is $200.
April 18-19: Registration and check-ins will be from 9:00-10:00 AM and 4:00-5:00PM.
