  • This registration is only for vendors. Registration includes all meals, receptions, venue and programming. Hotel room is NOT included. The vendor cannot advertise or present to the membership.

On Wednesday, November 14, registration check in will be at 12:00 PM for the Donna Sterling New Coordinator Academy and Preview Workshops.  The Academy will run until 4:00 PM.  During this same time period, we will offer three Donna Sterling Institute Preview Workshops.  Members will attend all three workshops in order to gain an insight as to what the spring meeting will offer.  Members will attend the following sessions which were chosen based on survey feedback: Literacy in the Science Classroom, Using the 5E Model for Science Instruction; and Integrating Computer Science into the Science Classroom. The Academy and the workshops are being offered at no additional cost to members.   

Registration for this event will close on October 10th for members requesting lodging.  The number of available hotel rooms is limited to 50.  For Associative Members and Members not requesting lodging, registration will close on October 29.  

Our fall meeting will begin Wednesday evening.  Registration check in, as well as the reception, will be from 5:00 – 6:30 PM.  Dinner will follow from 6:30 - 8:00 PM.

On Thursday our meeting will open with breakfast at 7:00 AM and will end at 3:30 PM in order to provide plenty of time to travel to Williamsburg for the VAST General Session at 5:30 PM.
