On Wednesday, November 13, registration check-in will be from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM for the 2018 Science Standards Work Sessions. These sessions will focus on the revised standards, implementation, and resources. Registration for the fall meeting will be from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM, which is also the time for the reception. Dinner will follow the reception beginning at 6:00 PM.
Registration for this event will close on October 13th for members requesting lodging. The number of available hotel rooms is limited to 50. For Associative Members and members not requesting lodging, registration will close on October 28.
On Thursday, our meeting will open with breakfast at 7:30 AM and will end at 2:45 PM in order to provide plenty of time to travel to Roanoke for the VAST General Session at 5:30 PM.
If paying for registration by check, please bring the check to registration.
