Hotel room for the night of November 1, 2023.
Associate Member Registration- NO Lodging – $200.00
Member Registration: VSELA Meeting (NO Lodging Needed) – $25.00
Registration with lodging for two nights October 31 and November 1. – $175.00
This registration will include two hotel nights. The hotel room for the second night is $125 (inclusive of taxes). Registration will close on October 6. After completing the registration, rooms are nonrefundable after October 6, 2023.

Online Registration for the event requesting lodging will close on October 6, 2023. For Associate Members and members not requesting lodging, registration will close on October 20, 2023.
November 1 and 2: Registration and check-ins will be from 9:00-10:00 AM and 4:00-5:00PM.
