Registration

• Associate Member Registration: VSELA Meeting (NO Lodging Needed) – $200.00
  VSELA Meeting with no lodging. Does not include preconference.
• Associate Member Registration: VSELA Meeting AND one night lodging – $325.00
  Hotel room for the night of October 28. Does not include preconference.
• ELIT Preconference Only (no hotel room) – $25.00
  Participation in preconference only.
• Member Registration: VSELA Meeting (NO Lodging Needed) – $25.00
  Does not include preconference.
• Member Registration: VSELA Meeting AND one night lodging – $75.00
  VSELA Meeting and lodging on October 28. Does not include preconference. ($25 registration and one hotel night $50)
• Member Registration: VSELA Meeting and Preconference - NO Lodging – $50.00
  VSELA Meeting and preconference without lodging.
• Member Registration: VSELA Meeting and Preconference with lodging for two nights – $100.00
  VSELA Meeting and preconference with two hotel nights (October 27 and October 28). Must attend the preconference to get this rate. Preconference meals and hotel cost are supported by NOAA BWET grant.
• Member Registration: VSELA Meeting with lodging for two nights – $200.00
  VSELA Meeting and two hotel nights (October 27 and October 28). ($25 registration and 2 hotel nights $175) - Does not include the preconference
• Preconference and Two Nights Lodging – $100.00
  Preconference and two nights lodging (Sunday, Oct. 26 and Monday, Oct. 27). This is for folks attending the preconference only and traveling more than 100 miles each way.
• Preconference Only and One Night Lodging – $50.00
  Preconference and one night lodging on October 27, 2025. Must attend entire preconference training to receive this rate. Preconference meals and hotel cost are supported by NOAA BWET grant.
